SimScale, a cloud platform for engineering simulation, has launched Workflows, a capability that opens its execution infrastructure to third-party solvers and external AI models. Engineering organisations can combine SimScale’s built-in tools with their own proprietary methods or custom solvers, all running natively on the same infrastructure rather than as separate, disconnected steps.
Solver developers and AI engineering firms can integrate their technology directly into the platform, reaching SimScale‘s existing user base without building their own infrastructure. The update also aims to let SimScale‘s AI agents coordinate processes across different solvers automatically. PAMICS, a fluid dynamics solver from AI Engineering GmbH, is among the first to run through Workflows.
