eForce Prague Formula, a student racing team from the Czech Technical University in Prague, aims to streamline its vehicle development process through Ansys simulation tools, supported by the Ansys Student Team Partnership and channel partner TechSoft.
The team uses Ansys Fluent for aerodynamic and cooling system analysis, Ansys Mechanical for structural analysis and design optimization, and Motor-CAD for electric motor thermal modelling. To further simplify simulation workflows, the team developed a custom PyFluent-based automation tool that aims to reduce manual effort across CFD simulation stages and support the execution of multiple design studies. Through its collaboration with TechSoft, the team gains access to simulation technologies and technical expertise that support engineering activities throughout its annual vehicle development cycle.
