Cadence, in collaboration with NVIDIA, has introduced new AI tools designed to support engineering tasks across chip-to-system development. The ChipStack AI Super Agent, which has achieved Level-5 autonomy, will now support NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Ultra models secured by NVIDIA OpenShell, aiming to assist with RTL development, verification planning, formal analysis, and debugging using Cadence’s simulation tools.
Cadence also introduced the AuraStack AI Super Agent for PCB and advanced packaging design, coordinating planning, implementation, and multiphysics analysis. Together with InnoStack AI Super Agent and ViraStack AI Super Agent, these tools aim to support engineers across electronic system design.
