ToffeeX has introduced a plug-in that integrates its physics-driven generative design technology with Ansys Discovery, enabling thermo-fluid design workflows to be carried out within the Discovery environment. The plug-in allows engineers to generate optimized thermo-fluid geometries in ToffeeX and import them directly into Discovery for simulation and performance evaluation.
Key capabilities include:
- Generative design exploration for thermo-fluid components such as heat exchangers, cold plates and fluid manifolds.
- Seamless data exchange between ToffeeX and Discovery, reducing the need for manual file transfers.
- Integration of generative design with real-time simulation, allowing users to validate performance during early design stages.
The integration is intended to support faster exploration of design alternatives and enable engineers to evaluate thermo-fluid system performance earlier in the development workflow.
