Prodtex is an engineering company specializing in digital manufacturing and construction planning. For Everton Football Club’s new stadium in the UK, to reduce risks before work began on site, contractors brought in Prodtex to digitally rehearse the installation of the building’s curved façade panels.
Prodtex used CATIA on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to work with detailed digital models of the stadium structure and façade, then used DELMIA to simulate the installation sequence, including crane operations, lifting strategies and worker access. DELMIA’s virtual ergonomic mannequins helped evaluate worker reach and safety during installation, enabling project teams to identify workflow risks early and refine tooling and equipment before on-site construction.
