Gexcon released FLACS 25.2
Gexcon has launched FLACS 25.2, a major update to its advanced CFD software for consequence modelling. The new release introduces dynamic water spray modelling, allowing real-time analysis of water-curtain mitigation against toxic gas dispersion, and reintroduces inert stream support for simulating explosion risk reduction by inert gas injection. Performance and geometry calculation enhancements make it easier to model complex industrial layouts and streamline simulations, delivering more accurate, efficient, and credible safety studies.
