Traditionally a process lasting years, Raphe mPhibr cut down on the engine prototype development to just a few months—thanks to integrated 3D design, simulation, and manufacturing workflows
Leveraging virtual twins, the company optimized a 4 kW two-stroke engine, reducing its weight while outperforming systems many times heavier. This shift toward organic, bio-inspired design principles allows engineers to go beyond simple geometrical forms and tap into aerodynamic innovations.
With the platform unifying physics, design, and collaboration, Raphe mPhibr is now better positioned to fulfill India’s vision of aerospace self-reliance. Its UAVs, comprising 20,000–30,000 parts, have already logged over one million kilometers in service with Indian security forces
Armed with fresh funding and over 100 proprietary technologies, Raphe mPhibr continues to scale its workforce and R&D facilities. Their roadmap focuses on lifecycle management powered by virtual twin experiences, setting a new benchmark in aerospace innovation locally and globally.
